We hereby give you a short overview of the payment methods we offer. You can comfortably change the payment method in the customer menu.

SEPA payment

SEPA payment

As a possible payment option, you can pay by bank transfer. You will receive an invoice in advance, with a payment term of ten days. Our bank details are noted on every invoice.

As a payment option, we offer SEPA direct debits to all 33 participating states. With the help of the SEPA direct debit and the necessary SEPA direct debit mandate, the invoices are collected directly from your account. This saves you time and prevents you from being in default with an invoice.

PayPal

PayPal

As an alternative to the regular payment methods, we also offer you the option to settle the bill by PayPal transfer. The PayPal charges that may be incurred are borne by our company.

How to send Invoices

By default, our company's invoice will be sent to customers via email. There are no running costs associated with sending the invoice by e-mail.

Rechnung per Post

Mailing

Upon customer request, it is possible to have the invoice also sent by post. In this case, the current letter postage plus VAT will be charged.

Customerbackend

Through the customer section of our website, it is always possible to view all invoices and their payment status. There is complementarily an attitude available, which prevents both the dispatch of the bills by email and by post.
